The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has begun offering early registration for corporate tax through its digital platform, EmaraTax, in accordance with the Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022). This law states that taxable entities will be subject to corporate tax as of the start of their first fiscal year beginning on or after June 1, 2023.
